After one week of raw food diet/squat challenge.
Weight: 175.3 Pounds.
I have lost about 5 pounds during this week, but i have had two “”cheat days”” so technically i i could have love more if i had really tried. This next week i plan to not cheat at all, and if i do i will do an hour of intense cardio to make up for it. You can somewhat see some results, but not nearly enough as you should. i am disappointed with myself to say the least.

I have been looking for a longtime for ways to lose weight fast! It never worked! My” before-picture” has been taken on the day I decide losing weight in a healthy way, slow! Eating clean and working out is the key to success.
Hard work and patience pays off! I’m not there yet, but I’m close :)
